Refund policy

 

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy and would like to return an online purchase, we are happy to refund you as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. You then have an additional 14 days to get the items back to us either in-store or by post.

The following conditions apply:

-Items must be unworn.

-Items must have all original tags

-Items must be in saleable condition

-It is your own responsibility to make sure returns are correctly packaged so as to arrive undamaged.

-Returning items will be at the expense of the customer.

Refund will be issued upon receipt of returned goods and fulfilment of above conditions.

For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to offer exchange or refund on:

- Underwear/lingerie, control lingerie and shapewear, hosiery and swimwear

- Hats and hair accessories 

In-Store Returns

You can return online purchases in-store. Please bring the original payment card used for the purchase and one of our store assistants will refund you or help you find an alternative. Refunds to cards can take 3-5 business days to process.

Returning items by An Post or parcel/courier service

You have 14 days to tell us you want to return items and then a further 14 days to get the products back to us. A returns form is included at the bottom of this page. Please include all information, enclose with your repackaged items and stick on the address label included in your parcel.
