If for any reason you are unhappy and would like to return an item purchased on our site, Dervan’s Fashions Loughrea are happy to refund you up to 14 days after the day you receive the goods.The following conditions apply:
- If you return any item because of change of mind you will have to pay the cost of returning it.
- In the case of an incorrect order, or a faulty item we will refund cost of return postage/courier within reasonable cost,and where it applies, cost of original delivery. All items however will be checked before shipping to ensure they are as described and are free from damage or faults.
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
N.B. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition. That means all tags must be intact and attached including our “Do Not Remove” tag.Please take extra care when trying on clothing - please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
It is your own responsibility to make sure returns are correctly packaged so as to arrive intact.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are returned damaged or in a condition that leaves us unable to sell them.Please note it is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item has been used or worn.
For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to offer exchange or refund on the following products once the original packaging has been opened unless they are not as described or faulty:
- Underwear/lingerie, control lingerie & shape wear, hosiery and swimwear
- Hats and hair accessories
This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection.
HOW TO RETURN A PURCHASE TO DERVANS FASHIONS
If you have purchased from dervansfashions.ie you can make a return in–store, via An Post or through a parcel or courier service. In all cases please make sure to include the returns form. For postage and courier you will receive an email confirming we received your package and another when a refund has been processed. We recommend you retain proof of postage and purchase until then.If you purchased an item in store you can only return the item back to the store.
Returning items in–store
You can return any online purchases in–store up to 14 days after the day you receive the item(s), provided you have your despatch note and items for return are in a resalable condition, unopened with tags attached and undamaged as described above. Please bring along the original payment card used for the purchase and our store assistants will refund you or help you find an alternative. Refunds to cards can take 3 -5 working days to process. If you do not have your original payment card with you and still wish to make a return, you will be offered an exchange.
Returning items by An Post or a Parcel/Courier Service
A returns form will be enclosed with your order. Simply complete your returns form and enclose it with your repackaged items and return it to:

SETTLING DISPUTES - ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and service given by our customer service team. However if for any reason you are unhappy, please email us at email@example.com and we will aim to resolve the matter immediately.
