SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMESCALES

We work hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

• Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of placement. Please note that dispatch may take longer during bank holidays, seasonal holidays, or temporary store closures.

• Delivery Estimates: An expected delivery timeframe will be provided to you at checkout once you select your shipping method.

• 30-Day Guarantee: In accordance with Irish and EU consumer legislation, if your order is not delivered within 30 days of purchase (unless a longer period was explicitly agreed upon), you are entitled to a full refund.

SHIPPING FEES & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS (INCLUDING UK & US)

Shipping fees are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout once your delivery address is entered.

• Import Duties & Taxes: For all orders shipped outside of the European Union (including Great Britain and the United States), any local customs duties, import VAT, clearance fees, or brokerage charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. These fees are determined by the destination country's customs authority and must be paid entirely by the customer.

• Refused Deliveries: If you refuse a delivery due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping costs and customs fees billed to Dervans Fashions to retrieve the package will be deducted from your final refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & CUSTOMS

• If you are returning items to us from outside the EU (including the UK and US), you may be subject to customs fees when sending your return back by post or courier.

• Please Note: Any import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees charged to Bernard Dervan & Co. Ltd upon receiving your returned goods back into Ireland will be deducted from your overall refund amount. We strongly recommend marking your return package clearly as "Returned Goods - No Commercial Value" on the customs declaration form.

COLLECT IN-STORE (CLICK & COLLECT)

When purchasing online, you can choose to collect your items in our store by selecting the Click & Collect option at checkout.

• Collection Window: Your order will be ready for collection 1 hour after your order has been placed.

• What to Bring: Please bring your order confirmation email (either printed or displayed on a smartphone/tablet) and a valid photo ID.

• Collection Times: Monday to Saturday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm (Closed Bank Holidays).

• Location: 62-65 Main Street, Loughrea, Co. Galway, H62 VX03.

• 14-Day Holding Policy: We will hold your Click & Collect order in-store for 14 days. If your order has not been collected within 14 days, we will contact you. If we cannot reach you or collection is not arranged, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.
