Excellent customer service

I had a query about an item I was interested in so I rang Dervans Fashions prior to placing my order. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely courteous and helpful. I subsequently placed my order (on a Friday), and received it beautifully packaged the following Monday. I ordered two pairs of shoes

I ordered two pairs of shoes. The delivery was quick, and the items were well packed. Unfortunately, one pair didn’t fit and had to be returned. However, the entire process—from purchasing to delivery, returning the item, and receiving a refund—was extremely easy and hassle-free. I will certainly buy from them again! A five star seller!
