Retail Assistant – Full-Time Permanent

Location: Dervans Fashions, Loughrea

Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Saturday with a varying day off (Saturday availability is essential)

Dervans Fashions, a long-established clothing retailer in Loughrea, is seeking a full-time Retail Assistant to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting customers to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Merchandising and presentation of stock on the shop floor
• Monitoring and replenishing stock levels
• Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment
• Organising and managing the storeroom
• Reporting on sales and stock levels to management

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to work effectively within a small, close-knit team
• Friendly, outgoing, and helpful personality
• Competent with point-of-sale (POS) technology
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Flexibility and availability to work every Saturday
